• As a Data Center Support Engineer, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving incidents within the scope of routing protocols, switching technologies, and platform-related issues on Cisco Nexus switches running in NX-OS mode.
• You will work closely with colleagues in other technology teams to help solve issues in network environments.
• Collaboration with engineering teams is also essential to improve product quality by identifying, reporting, and automating the detection of software defects.
