As a Data Center Support Engineer, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving incidents within the scope of routing protocols, switching technologies, and platform-related issues on Cisco Nexus switches running in NX-OS mode.
You will work closely with colleagues in other technology teams to help solve issues in network environments.
Collaboration with engineering teams is also essential to improve product quality by identifying, reporting, and automating the detection of software defects.
