Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of server components and troubleshooting techniques.

You will be responsible for defining and incorporating specifics for server components, performing hardware diagnostics, and overseeing the distribution of power supply, cabling, and rack organization.

In addition, you will analyze and monitor system performance, communicate with other teams, and update and maintain documentation regarding inventory of hardware, maintenance logs, and procedures for troubleshooting.

• Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in IT, computer hardware, or a related field (hardware assembly preferred).
• Familiarity with networking equipment and structured cabling.
• Ability to work under close supervision as well as independently when required.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends, and be available for on-call emergencies.
