• Responsibilities:
• Work closely with network administrators to troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues in network elements.
• Manage incident resolution while ensuring clear and effective communication with stakeholders.
• Support the setup, configuration, and maintenance of network infrastructure, including Juniper, NetFlow, WLAN, Scalance, RADIUS, IP Helper, routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Assist in monitoring key service performance metrics and support the service management team.
• Maintain accurate documentation of network components within asset management databases (ITAM).
• Ensure data consistency and integrity between DataHub and ITAM.

• Requirements:
• A proactive and analytical approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
• Some experience with configuring and supporting network components, including Juniper, NetFlow, WLAN, Scalance, RADIUS, and IP Helper.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
• Fundamental knowledge of computer networks and network devices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
