• About the Role:
• Design and optimize wireless networks using software tools.
• Develop and implement mobility and load balancing strategies.
• Ensure regulatory compliance regarding radio frequency emissions and safety standards.

• Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or similar field.
• 8+ years of experience in planning engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Radio Access Networks 2G/3G/4G/5G NSA and SA.
• Experience in configuration and troubleshooting of planning technical problems.
