Main Tasks and Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled professional to design network data centre IP nodes that integrate with the country's network infrastructure. This involves creating and maintaining High-Level and Low-Level Designs for existing and new infrastructure, as well as participating in local demand management forums to analyse and prioritise connectivity requests and services integration.

The ideal candidate will manage internal customers and equipment vendors to implement the network and design connectivity, while interfacing with Operations teams to define, plan and schedule network activities.

This role also contributes to the definition and maintenance of the IP Evolution Plan by identifying problems not solvable with the current IP architecture and proposing possible solutions.

• Requirements
• An academic degree and at least 1-3 years work experience in a Telecom / IT organisation on IP network infrastructures
• C2 General Knowledge of IP network design / architecture
• Experience with Router/Switches (Cisco is a plus), Firewalls (Fortinet is a plus) and Load-balancers (F5 is a plus)
• Fluent in English and Portuguese oral and written
