We are looking for a highly skilled Network Support Engineer to join our team at TN Portugal. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing technical expertise to our clients.

You will work closely with our development and product management teams to identify and resolve customer issues, provide training and guidance, and maintain accurate documentation of customer configurations and resolutions.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or remote sessions
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to DHCP, DNS, Linux, and networking
• Perform regular system maintenance, including patching and upgrades
• Monitor network performance and identify areas for improvement

• Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in managed services, technical support, or a related field
• Experience with DHCP, DNS, Linux, and networking
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
