Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Network Engineering Manager to lead our network engineering team in designing and implementing modern, scalable architectures that leverage cloud services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements and translating them into architectural blueprints. Your expertise in large-scale integration projects and solution architecture standards will help us deliver innovative digital solutions that maximize value for the company.

Key Responsibilities
This role involves collaborating closely with cross-domain and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and ensure product alignment with business objectives and operational processes. You will also be responsible for providing leadership and mentoring to junior team members, onboarding them in the design and architecture of products. Additionally, you will foster the company's implementation of the SAFe framework and communicate effectively with stakeholders, executives, and cross-functional teams about the products' progress and performance.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have a degree in computer science or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in large-scale integration projects. You should also have extensive experience in defining solution architecture standards and guidelines in the Telco domain, as well as GCP/AWS Cloud Professional certification. Additionally, TOGAF and/or Archimate2 certification is highly desirable.
