About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Technical Assistance Center (TAC) team in Oeiras, Portugal. As a Senior Networking Engineer, you will play a critical role in providing technical support to our customers, partners, and account teams. Your expertise in networking will enable you to troubleshoot and debug complex network problems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues efficiently.

Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include providing top-level technical support to our customers, partners, and account teams via phone, email, and WebEx. You will also be expected to apply your analytical skills and technical knowledge to recreate and solve problems within Cisco's internal state-of-the-art labs. Additionally, you will work closely with our engineering teams to improve product quality by identifying and submitting software defects.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need a solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including CCNA-level equivalent or above. Additionally, you should have advanced knowledge of Linux/UNIX command-line tools, software development/debugging, and computer science concepts. A bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field is also required.
