• To excel in this role, you'll need:
• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proven track record in BPO and Sales profiles (a plus)
• Availability to work full-time or part-time with a flexible approach
• Registration as a freelancer within Europe
• Drive, enthusiasm, and a commitment to excellence
