About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Center Expert to join our team in Portugal. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-level technical support to our customers and partners.

  • Key Accountabilities:
  • Provide technical support via phone, email, and WebEx
  • Apply analytical skills and technical knowledge to troubleshoot and debug product and network problems
  • Collaborate with cross-technology teams to resolve issues in heterogeneous network environments
  • Essential Skills:
  • Networking (CCNA level equivalent or above)
  • Installation, Configuration, Maintenance, and Troubleshoot blades and rack servers
  • UCS Manager, UCS-B and C servers, UCS Central
  • Storage solutions (SAN, NAS, FC, FCoE, iSCSI, CIFS, NFS, PXE)
  • Operating Systems, Virtualization, and hypervisors (Microsoft Windows Server, Red Hat, SUSE, or VMware)
