Requirements

To excel in this role, you'll need to provide exceptional support for network service outages and failures. This includes leveraging your analytical skills to pinpoint root causes and develop efficient solutions, thereby minimizing disruption time. Strong teamwork and communication abilities are also essential to ensure smooth interactions with our customer-facing teams.

Backgrounds in telecommunications engineering or computer science are preferred, coupled with substantial hands-on experience with CORE/RAN network troubleshooting. Knowledge of additional telecom protocols, such as those found within IoT ecosystems, can further enrich your skillset. Fluency in English is expected, along with comfort with 24/7 work environments.
