Job Description:

SAP, a global leader in enterprise software, is seeking an experienced Network Infrastructure Engineer to join our team in Lisbon. As part of the Global Corporate Office Network Service team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of data network services within SAP's Internal Corporate Network.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Design, deploy, operate, report, and continuously improve remote access solutions using managed service providers.
• Closely collaborate with other Regional Core Network Services team colleagues to ensure that the network infrastructure meets business requirements and global standards.
• Provide subject matter expertise in the design and operations of network services, focusing on cloud-based Palo Alto networks solutions and on-premises implementations.

Requirements:

• To succeed in this role, you will need:
• A degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Communications Engineering, or equivalent working knowledge.
• Strong analytical skills, combined with a genuine service-oriented approach, including the ability to anticipate changes and present recommendations to Management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong command of the English language.
• Flexible attitude towards working hours to work as part of the global team, with occasional shifted hours to accommodate time zone issues.
