Linde, a leading global industrial gases and engineering company, is seeking a skilled Telephony and Contact Center Expert to join its team in Portugal. As part of this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and continuously improving existing Cloud Solutions Services, including Contact Center and Telephony solutions, to align with business needs and enhance service quality.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and implement sustainable, value-generating improvements to IT Infrastructure Services
  • Oversee and manage relationships with contractors, third parties, cloud service providers, and other vendors
  • Participate in service and process improvement projects, such as outsourcing, insourcing, and service provider strategy initiatives
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies, solutions, and architectures to optimize IT functions
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a similar discipline
  • Demonstrable experience in IT procurement processes from A to Z
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in an international and English-speaking environment
  • Knowledge in project management and agile methodologies
