Sr Network Engineer Role Overview

• We seek a Senior Network Engineer to integrate our Nearshore Team in Portugal, collaborating with teams in the Netherlands and working with international clients across Europe.
• Responsibilities
• Design, implement, and manage network infrastructures for clients.
• Set up and manage firewalls, routing, and switching for network security and performance.
• Troubleshoot network performance issues and implement effective solutions.
• Work with cloud platforms and hybrid techniques to optimize network operations.
• Ensure security best practices, including firewalling, DNS management, and certificate handling.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to deliver top-tier networking solutions.
• Maintain and improve network automation and scripting processes.
• Requirements
• Expertise in Juniper/Juniper SRX Platform (mandatory).
• Experience with Palo Alto Firewalls, Fortinet, HPE switches, and F5 Load Balancers.
• Strong experience in firewall management, routing, and switching.
• Security-focused mindset.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate with diverse teams.
