- Requirements
- Degree or Professional training in Computer Science or related;
- Proficient English-speaking abilities;
- Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams, ranging from engineers to marketers;
- Ability and motivation to gather new knowledge and experiment with new methodologies, having a continuous improvement drive;
- Relevant experience with Microsoft cloud administration tools including Active Directory, Azure, Office 365, Dynamics, as well as Windows and Linux;
- Experience of at least 3 years in customer support for IT related issues, with strong problem-solving capabilities in that area;
- Knowledge of network infrastructure management, configuration and deployment;
