  • Requirements
  • Degree or Professional training in Computer Science or related;
  • Proficient English-speaking abilities;
  • Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams, ranging from engineers to marketers;
  • Ability and motivation to gather new knowledge and experiment with new methodologies, having a continuous improvement drive;
  • Relevant experience with Microsoft cloud administration tools including Active Directory, Azure, Office 365, Dynamics, as well as Windows and Linux;
  • Experience of at least 3 years in customer support for IT related issues, with strong problem-solving capabilities in that area;
  • Knowledge of network infrastructure management, configuration and deployment;
