About Our Team

• We have over 600 dedicated professionals working in Lisbon, Porto, Madrid, and Luxembourg, operating across three core areas: Talent, Boost, and Connect. These areas encompass various service activities, including:
• IT infrastructure support for AXA Business and Development teams
• Technical service activities: Production support and IT Service delivery
• Support development & maintenance of AXA Applications

Key Responsibilities

• The selected candidate will be responsible for:
• Managing systems, database, and network infrastructure
• Application maintenance and support
• IPC process management
• Project management
• QoS and governance

Required Expertise

• To succeed in this role, you should have:
• Minimum confirmed level of expertise in Load Balancing / WAF / Routing / Switching / VPN / FWF5 expertise
• WEB Gateway Proxy expertise
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
