About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Controlling Network Manager to join our team at Airbus. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the controlling network for the Widebody Programme, ensuring timely delivery of planning processes and driving financial performance in line with BDPR objectives and long-term EBIT ambitions.

In this role, you will work closely with our Chief Engineering & Development Programme teams to develop and maintain financial models and forecasts, identify areas for process improvement, and implement changes. You will also ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial performance, including monthly close procedures.

• Main Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making.
• Identify and address financial risks and opportunities, providing recommendations to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and implement changes.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial performance, including monthly close procedures.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including programme managers and controllers.

• Requirements
• Degree-level education in finance, accounting, or business.
• CPA or CMA certification is preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in a similar industry.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of financial systems, including ERP and Excel.
