In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our locker network and supporting platforms, collaborating closely with our Intelligence and Specialist Teams to enhance system stability and performance.

• Key Responsibilities
• Set up and maintain alerts to catch anomalies early
• Develop and refine dashboards to visualize system performance
• Analyze real-time metrics to identify potential issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate monitoring insights into product and process enhancements

• Requirements and Qualifications
• Experience with monitoring platforms like Grafana, Datadog, Splunk, or similar
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and troubleshoot complex issues
• Familiarity with networking, system architecture, or DevOps best practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken)
