About the Job:

We are seeking a talented Network Support Specialist to join our team in Brussels, Belgium. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our users, resolving network-related issues, and maintaining the overall performance and security of our network infrastructure.

• Responsibilities:
• * Provide technical support and assistance to users, resolving network-related issues efficiently and effectively
• Install, configure, and maintain network systems to ensure optimal functionality
• Monitor network systems to identify and prevent potential issues
• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for network systems
• Manage and operate Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) to ensure secure and efficient network operations
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve issues and improve network operations
• Support security assessments and network validation tests
• Occasionally provide after-hours support as required

• Requirements:
• * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in network support and technical roles
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, including DNS, DHCP, and IP address management
• Experience with network monitoring tools, such as Cisco Prime and Zabbix
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues
