Job Title: Core Network Architecture Engineer

TN Portugal is seeking an experienced Technical Consulting Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our technical assistance center, you will provide second and third-level support to our customers worldwide, analyzing and resolving complex network issues using advanced tools and techniques.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative network solutions.
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex network problems using advanced tools and techniques.
• Develop and maintain knowledge bases and troubleshooting guides.
• Participate in automation projects to improve issue resolution.

• Requirements
• Proven technical knowledge in networking (CCNA level equivalent or above) and/or network programmability (DevNet Associate level or above).
• Advanced knowledge of Linux/UNIX command-line tools, software development, and computer science concepts.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology related field with a specialization in network engineering or computer science.
