• *Job Summary**

TN Portugal is looking for a talented High-Performance IP Network Specialist to join our team and drive the development of our IP/MPLS transport network.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in IP/MPLS engineering, with a strong focus on high-performance networks. They will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of our IP/MPLS network, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration.

• Responsibilities:
• Lead the design and implementation of IP/MPLS networks for high-capacity transport.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define network requirements and develop effective solutions.
• Develop and manage deployment plans to ensure timely and efficient network upgrades.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest networking technologies, protocols, and trends.

Requirements:
Engineering degree (BSc/MSc) in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.Mandatory spoken/written fluency in English.Cisco/Nokia certifications not mandatory but will be valued.A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in IP network engineering, specifically with IP/MPLS networks.In-depth knowledge and experience with Cisco and Nokia networking equipment.Strong understanding of networking protocols, including ISIS, BGP, MPLS, QoS, MPLS/SR-TE, L2VPN/EVPN.Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
