Job Summary:
TN Portugal is seeking an experienced Senior Network Architect to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of our next-generation network (NGN) products and services. As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive the evolution and support of our current platform. Your primary focus will be on network automation, software-defined networks, and network virtualization within our commercial services line of business.

• Main Responsibilities:
• Lead the evaluation, design, trial, and deployment of NGN products and services
• Collaborate with architecture, business units, service delivery, and operations teams to drive ongoing evolution and support of our current platform
• Develop and implement efficient network automation solutions using various tools and technologies
• Ensure seamless integration of new services and features into our existing infrastructure
• Provide expert-level technical guidance and support to internal stakeholders

• Requirements:
• Proven experience in designing and deploying complex data networks in midsize and enterprise markets
• Strong knowledge of IPS/IDS, DDoS, firewalls, and security event management
• CCNP or JNCIP certification, or equivalent working experience
• Familiarity with cloud management systems like OpenStack and VMware vCloud, network management products, OSS products, and industry standards such as ETSI
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work within Agile/Scrum methodology and approach
