• Randstad Digital Portugal is a talent-first organization dedicated to delivering exceptional digital solutions to our clients. As a Network Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers' ICT networks, ensuring they operate securely and efficiently.
• Main Responsibilities:
• Ensure the optimal performance of customer networks, including monitoring firewalls and VPN gateways.
• Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, providing timely updates on network status and incident resolution.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement network optimization strategies, enhancing overall network performance.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal procedures and work instructions, ensuring they remain up-to-date and relevant.

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in network analysis and Microsoft applications (O365, Teams, etc.), as well as excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
