As a seasoned Network Architecture Solutions Specialist at TN Portugal, you'll be responsible for delivering expert-level technical support to our clients across various regions.

• Job Overview
• Offer cutting-edge technical assistance for router and switch architecture to Cisco customers, partners, and other stakeholders.
• Apply analytical skills and technical expertise to identify and resolve complex network issues, often collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Cisco products and services, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
• Act as a trusted advisor to worldwide Cisco customers and partners, providing strategic guidance and support.
• Contribute to the development of knowledge bases, troubleshooting guides, and automation logic.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance product quality and identify potential software defects.

• About You
• You hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology related field of study, preferably with a network engineering/computer science or telecommunication specialization.
• You possess advanced knowledge of Linux/UNIX command-line tools/environments, software development/debugging, preferably in C, C++, or Python, and computer science concepts.
• You are proficient in analyzing and troubleshooting complex problems, learning new technology and products with documentation and internal resources, and applying that knowledge in real-world situations.
• You are an excellent communicator and team player, able to work effectively in diverse environments.

• We're Seeking Someone Who Can Demonstrate:
• Experience with code debugging (preferably in GDB).
• Familiarity with public and private cloud, virtualization.
• Cisco Certifications: DevNet Professional, CCNP, or CCIE.
• Linux or programming certifications.
• Previous experience with Cisco IOS/IOS-XE/NX-OS products.
• A similar support role in the field.
