About This Role
- This is an exciting opportunity for a talented system administrator to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal.
- Responsibilities
- Administer and support Veritas NetBackup and its components;
- Manage Quantum robotics and Data Domain VTLs;
- Develop automation scripts and perform capacity planning;
- Collaborate with networking, storage, and application teams;
- Provide 2nd/3rd line technical support and resolve incidents and service requests.
- Requirements
- A degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering;
- Extensive knowledge of Veritas NetBackup and its components;
- Experience with Linux and Windows Server environments;
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Shell and PowerShell;
- Familiarity with VMware virtualization;
- Knowledge of network fundamentals including IP, DNS, and IPv4/IPv6.
