About This Role

• This is an exciting opportunity for a talented system administrator to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal.
• Responsibilities
• Administer and support Veritas NetBackup and its components;
• Manage Quantum robotics and Data Domain VTLs;
• Develop automation scripts and perform capacity planning;
• Collaborate with networking, storage, and application teams;
• Provide 2nd/3rd line technical support and resolve incidents and service requests.
• Requirements
• A degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering;
• Extensive knowledge of Veritas NetBackup and its components;
• Experience with Linux and Windows Server environments;
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Shell and PowerShell;
• Familiarity with VMware virtualization;
• Knowledge of network fundamentals including IP, DNS, and IPv4/IPv6.
