About the Job

We are looking for an exceptional Senior Systems Support Professional to join our team at TN Portugal. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to our customers and their employees/members, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and ensuring that all customer requests are handled efficiently and effectively.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of Cisco/Meraki Switch and Access Points, MR33, Office365, and Active Directory. You will also need to possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
