Your Role

• We are seeking a skilled Security Engineer Analyst to join our internal team based in Lisbon. Your responsibilities will include:
• Understanding network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, and HTTP/HTTPS;
• Proficiency with security tools like firewalls, antivirus software, and SIEM platforms (e.g., Azure Defender, Azure Sentinel, IBM QRadar);
• Knowledge of operating systems (Linux, Windows) and network security controls;
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Terraform, PowerShell, KQL) for automation and task management;
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS) and their security services;
• Knowledge of system hardening, access controls, and security logging.

• You Must Have
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience);
• 1–3 years of experience in IT, cybersecurity, or a related field and hands-on experience with security tools, monitoring platforms, and incident response processes;
• Certifications: Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals; Microsoft Azure Fundamentals…;
