Key Responsibilities

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for building customer satisfaction KPIs, diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware problems, and delivering timely solutions.
  • Build a set of customers satisfaction KPIs;
  • Build a set of KPIs for performance, stability, use cases and customer profiles for each product in the portfolio;
  • Adept at diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware problems, providing timely solutions, and delivering excellent customer service.
