JOB DESIGNATION: IT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN

JOB TYPE: Backdill FTE (ONSITE SUPPORT)

CONTRACT TYPE: B2B FREELANCE FOR 1 YEAR & CAN BE EXTENDED.

LANGUAGE: Portuguese & English. Must be Good.

Scope of Work

 Backfill for FTE

 Backfill 24/7

Services:

 IMAC / RD

 Troubleshooting onsite

 Service for all IT workplaces and related hardware, incl. equipment like monitors, headsets, peripherals, printers, scanners, telephones, mobile phones, etc.

 The service includes office workplaces as well as IT hardware and workplaces at production and logistic sites, IT equipment linked to production machines, and special workplaces such as scanners or labelling stations

 Support meeting room equipment

 Patch LAN Ports by the provided runbook

 Change WLAN Access Points by the provided runbook

o Spare part or device provision, warehousing, parts management, and associated transportation costs are the responsibility of the customer.

o Data backup is not the responsibility of the Supplier.

Engineer Skill-set required

 Working technical knowledge to address service work orders,for PCs, laptops, cabling, televisions, projectors, phones, peripherals, and site security equipment

 Working technical knowledge of standard systems and business software

 Local language and basic English skills

 DaDatagroup is cing soft skills

 Strong verbal and written communication skills

 Ability to apply an intermediate level of subject matter knowledge

 Works on problems/projects of moderately complex scope

 Exercises independent judgment within defined practices and procedures

 Evaluates unique circumstances and makes recommendations.

 Typically 2-3 years of experience

 Ability to provide disposal services

 Able to independently solve problems

 Able to provide feedback on new technical processes to help drive efficiency

All Workplace Engineers shall be fluent in the local language and have a basic level of English language skill, enough to be able to update call/ tickets and explain issues to the Datagroup service management team if needed.
