We are seeking a highly skilled Network Support Specialist to join our team. As a Network Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing post-sales support for delivery with supervision of a senior engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
Support service partners engineers during project deployment.
Analyse the Network Designs provided by the SE to ensure consistent Deployment and In-Service Upgrades of Ciena Equipment allowing for high quality and cost efficient service delivery.
Gather and analyse Customer Network Data and develop the migration strategy required to ensure successful transition onto the Ciena platform.
Serve as an escalation point for issues/problems related to the Technical Deployment Package contents.
Requirements:
B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Optical Engineering, or a related field of discipline.
Demonstrated ability to work directly with various cross-functional groups to resolve issues and establish best practices.
Excellent English language written and verbal communications skills.
Expert knowledge of MS Office applications (Visio, Excel, Power Point, etc.).
