• We are looking for an experienced Network Operations Manager to join our team at Jolera. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our network infrastructure.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and maintain network performance and availability
• Identify and troubleshoot network issues in a timely manner
• Develop and implement network monitoring and reporting tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements

• Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of experience in network operations or related field
• Strong understanding of networking technologies and business applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
