Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain network performance and availability
Identify and troubleshoot network issues in a timely manner
Develop and implement network monitoring and reporting tools
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
5+ years of experience in network operations or related field
Strong understanding of networking technologies and business applications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
