• Job Responsibilities

• As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
• In-depth knowledge of computer operations, security, and network systems
• Good understanding of networking components such as routers, modems, adaptors, switches, and servers
• Ability to stay updated with the latest developments related to these components
• Troubleshooting network connectivity problems
• In-depth understanding of communication technologies, applications, and telecommunications systems
• Requirements

• To succeed in this role, you must possess:
• Proven skills and experience in monitoring customer network needs
• Experience in solving network issues
• Training in network design and data systems
• Project management skills
• Scripting and programming routines knowledge
• Experience in network automation
• Nice to have: experience with Juniper firewalls, Extreme networks/Netsight, Juniper Space, TACACS
• Strong English proficiency (reading, writing, listening, speaking)
• EU Citizenship or Portuguese Work Visa/Residency
• Availability to work from the office twice a week
