- Job Responsibilities
- As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- In-depth knowledge of computer operations, security, and network systems
- Good understanding of networking components such as routers, modems, adaptors, switches, and servers
- Ability to stay updated with the latest developments related to these components
- Troubleshooting network connectivity problems
- In-depth understanding of communication technologies, applications, and telecommunications systems
- Requirements
- To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- Proven skills and experience in monitoring customer network needs
- Experience in solving network issues
- Training in network design and data systems
- Project management skills
- Scripting and programming routines knowledge
- Experience in network automation
- Nice to have: experience with Juniper firewalls, Extreme networks/Netsight, Juniper Space, TACACS
- Strong English proficiency (reading, writing, listening, speaking)
- EU Citizenship or Portuguese Work Visa/Residency
- Availability to work from the office twice a week
