  • We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist with a strong background in Networking to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, as well as providing excellent customer service.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather technical requirements for system enhancements and participate in the change request process for any system updates.
  • Participate in technical testing efforts to ensure smooth delivery in production and launch initiatives as assigned.
  • Assist in respecting project deadlines and schedules, identifying product gaps or weaknesses and suggesting areas of improvement.
  • Communicate and apply project standards, prioritizing tasks from assigned projects and independently accepting ownership of tasks.
  • Coordinate with various project stakeholders and provide timely updates on the status, ensuring a smooth follow-up of all technical processes.
  • Requirements:
  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them to technical solutions, using creative and logical thinking to analyze problems and define potential solutions.
  • Capable of managing services running on Linux or Windows Servers, developing small programs using scripting languages like Shell, Perl, Python, or Ruby, and participating in planning, implementation, and sizing of the IT infrastructure.
  • Prior experience with job schedulers like CA Workload Automation, Control-M, and technical knowledge of protocols such as TCP/IP/SMTP/FTP is required.
  • Understanding of system architectures like SSO, Firewalls, load balancer, storage systems, and network basics is essential.
  • Team player demonstrating high performance, flexibility, and adaptability, with ability to work in fast-paced global environment and fluency in English.
