Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and self-starter individual to join our team as a Technical Support Specialist.
  • This role is responsible for managing and maintaining end-client networks, ensuring client satisfaction and resolving network issues in a timely manner.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for first-line support of IT infrastructure and systems, complete monitoring of services environments, and working closely with the IT System, Security, and Engineering teams.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve incidents quickly and efficiently, meeting or exceeding service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Maintain accurate records of all support interactions, including incident reports and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of IT services.
  • Requirements:
  • Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience in computer network management and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with network protocols and devices.
  • Knowledge of operating systems, including Windows and Linux.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
