Job Title: Technical Support Specialist
- We are seeking a highly motivated and self-starter individual to join our team as a Technical Support Specialist.
- This role is responsible for managing and maintaining end-client networks, ensuring client satisfaction and resolving network issues in a timely manner.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for first-line support of IT infrastructure and systems, complete monitoring of services environments, and working closely with the IT System, Security, and Engineering teams.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve incidents quickly and efficiently, meeting or exceeding service level agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain accurate records of all support interactions, including incident reports and resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of IT services.
- Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience in computer network management and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with network protocols and devices.
- Knowledge of operating systems, including Windows and Linux.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
