A skilled Network Engineer is required to maintain and support network infrastructures.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and support network infrastructures, ensuring high uptime and reliability.
• Implement technical solutions to improve network efficiency and security.
• Document interventions and identify areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions as needed.

• Requirements:
• Training in Information Technology, preferably in networking and systems.
• Interest in cloud, on-premise, and information technologies.
• Practical experience in networking and systems, including communication, routing, and switching protocols.
• Domain knowledge of Cisco, CheckPoint, F5, and Ubiquiti technologies, as well as advanced knowledge of voice and contact center systems.
• Endpoint and perimeter security solutions expertise, Unix/Linux system proficiency, and scripting language skills.
• Fluency in English and ITSM frameworks knowledge, including ITIL.
• Availability to work non-regular hours and flexibility in work schedules.
