Responsibilities:

- Extensive knowledge of computer operations, security, and network systems
- Knowledge of networking components such as routers, modems, switches, and servers
- Ability to troubleshoot network connectivity issues
- Understanding of communication technologies and telecommunications systems

Requirements:

- Proven skills in assessing customer network needs and solving network issues
- Experience in network design, data systems, and project management
- Knowledge of scripting, programming routines, and network automation
- Experience with Juniper firewalls, Extreme networks, and related tools is a plus
- Strong English proficiency
- European Union Citizenship or Portuguese Working Visa/Residency
- Availability to work in-office twice a week
