Service Manager – Firewall & Network Security (m/f) – Remote. What do you need to have:Hard Skills:Proven experience managing firewall services (Cisco, Fortinet, Checkpoint, Juniper).Strong knowledge of NGFW, IDS/IPS, VPNs, segmentation, and Zero Trust architecture.Experience in both IT and OT environments (preferred).Familiarity with ITIL framework, service KPIs, SLAs, and process governance.Understanding of security standards: ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR.Strong coordination, communication, and documentation skills.Fluency in English and Portuguese is required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
