Assist in the configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of business communication tools of the company;
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination;
Respond to and resolve networking issues in a timely manner;
Follow established procedures for network monitoring and maintenance;
Participate in on-call rotations and be available for different shifts as needed.

competências

Educational or experience background in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology);
Certification in networking (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA) is a plus;
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities;
Communication skills in English and Spanish both written and verbal.
