We are seeking a Senior IT Network Consultant to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in supporting our client’s network infrastructure within the EU region. Your responsibilities include supporting Level 2 Network Operations, deploying new hardware, and collaborating with global teams to ensure network security and performance. Role Description & ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary contact for network infrastructure support in the EU region.Deploy Palo Alto firewalls, refresh LAN hardware, and set up new sites.Collaborate with the Global Network Team to maintain design standards and ensure smooth project handovers.Design, implement, and optimize network systems for secure and reliable data communication.Analyze network performance, troubleshoot issues, and deliver strategic solutions.Document network architecture and procedures. Working Hours. Primarily during European time zone hours, with occasional flexibility for time zone differences. Key RequirementsExcellent spoken and written English skills.Experience with 3rd line support for Juniper, Cisco, and Palo Alto equipment.Experience working in large global companies.Knowledge of the ITIL framework.Experience with structured project methodologies (waterfall and agile).Strong technical skills in Cisco SDWAN (Viptela), Cisco ISE, Palo Alto Strata Cloud Manager, Juniper Mist, and managing Cisco & Juniper LAN and Wi-Fi environments. Nice to HaveExperience with Network Access Control (802.1x).Experience managing network infrastructure in cloud environments (Azure, OCI). Other Details. Seeking senior professionals with at least 10 years of experience managing- scale network infrastructures, with- on expertise in Palo Alto Firewalls and Cisco/Juniper LAN and Wi-Fi environments.
