As part of our international development, we are looking for a Systems and Network Office Administrator for our new office in Lisbon. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES. At Bedrock, we're looking for a Systems and Network Office Administrator for supporting all employees in their-- day work with tools and equipment. As a Systems and Network Office Administrator, you'll: Keep the computer network running smoothly Anticipate and resolve network breakdowns Administration of SaaS tools such as Google Workspace, GitHub, Confluence, etc. SSO administration (OKTA) Manage access rights and authorizations. On-site assistance to solve problems related to the use of tools and equipment. Plus : Drafting procedures Identify employee needs Site stock management. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR. Technical skills Expertise in SaaS tools Advanced network administration skills (Cisco switch, AP unify, Mikrotik) Skills in various operating systems (Mac, Linux & Windows), especially Mac Management of SaaS tools (SAML, SCIM,....). Attitudinal skills A team spirit Powerful proposals Analytical skills and reactivity Autonomy English Adaptability Curiosity to explore new directions, keep knowledge up to date Information search/procedure Organized, rigorous and confidential.
