  • We are seeking a skilled Network Security Engineer to join our cybersecurity team. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring and maintaining firewall policies, analyzing network traffic, and implementing security best practices to ensure a robust and secure infrastructure.
  • *Key Responsibilities:**

- Configure and maintain firewall rules and policies on Fortigate and/or Palo Alto platforms

- Monitor and analyze network traffic to identify anomalies and ensure adherence to secure communication protocols

- Troubleshoot and resolve security issues related to ports, protocols, and proxy configurations

- Implement microsegmentation strategies within 3-tier architecture environments

- Configure and manage NAT rules to control IP address translation and traffic flow

- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to support incident resolution and policy updates

- Document configuration changes, procedures, and network diagrams

  • - Work with ticketing systems (ServiceNow experience is a plus) for issue tracking and resolution
  • *Required Skills and Qualifications:**

- Proven experience with Fortigate and/or Palo Alto firewalls

- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including microsegmentation and NAT

- Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, ports, protocols, and proxy configurations

- Experience in troubleshooting and securing complex network environments

- Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (French is a plus)
