Responsibilities:

- Extensive knowledge of computer operations, security, and network systems
- Good knowledge of networking components such as routers, modems, adaptors, switches, and servers
- Ability to stay updated with the latest developments related to these components
- Troubleshoot network connectivity problems
- Deep understanding of communication technologies, applications, and telecommunications systems

Must have:

- Proven skills and experience in managing customer network environments
- Experience in solving network issues
- Training and experience in network design and data systems
- Project management skills
- Scripting and programming knowledge
- Experience in network automation
- Optional: experience with Juniper firewalls, Extreme networks/Extreme Netsight, Juniper Space, TACACS
- Strong English proficiency (reading, writing, listening, speaking)
- European Union Citizenship or Portuguese Work Visa/Residency
- Availability to work in the office twice a week
