Network Engineer Team Leader Position
We are seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer Team Leader to lead our AFD team in Porto, Portugal.
The AFD team is responsible for managing the Man network infrastructures interconnecting our Datacenters, legacy Lan infrastructures, Cisco/ACI and Arista/MP-BGP Evpn, Datacenters, the network layer of our private Cloud, and the network infrastructure interconnecting us to the Internet in Europe.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience with network architectures, virtualized environments, automation, and programming languages such as Ansible or Python.
Key responsibilities include participating in recruitment, assessing staff skills, leading team meetings, supporting project execution, maintaining high network infrastructure service levels, ensuring network supervision, handling production incidents, and encouraging process automation.
Main qualifications include strong technical knowledge of OSPF, BGP, MP-BGP Evpn, Multicast, Cisco ACI, and Cisco/Arista CLI.
