About the Role:
- We are looking for a Network Expert with hands-on experience supporting LAN, WAN, and wireless infrastructures. You will play a key role in maintaining and evolving our network environment, working closely with internal IT teams (Infrastructure, Wintel, Security, Unix, Backup) and business stakeholders.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Support and manage LAN, WAN, and wireless networks
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues proactively
- Maintain network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers)
- Administer DNS and DHCP services
- Provide technical support to end-users for connectivity issues
- Document network configurations and maintenance procedures
- Participate in system upgrades, patches, and migrations
- Ensure network security best practices are followed
- Collaborate with IT teams and business units to gather requirements and provide technical solutions
- Create documentation to support development and integration teams
- Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Practical experience with Cisco or similar networking equipment
- Strong understanding of networking protocols: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- Basic knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, and wireless technologies
- Scripting skills (e.g., Ansible, Python) for automation
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- English proficiency: B2/C1 level
