Job Description

The Position

As a member of the Business Technology team, the successful candidate will be part of the Network Service Delivery and Operations team, ensuring the operation of our company's global network. These services enable our company to communicate and collaborate worldwide with partners and customers.

Responsibilities

1. Support the continuity, stability, and security of Organon's network by working in shifts.
2. Assist with network security requests from other teams.
3. Troubleshoot network-related issues.
4. Collaborate with the Network Engineering and Architecture team to resolve complex incidents.

Required Experience, Skills, and Education

- Minimum of three years of experience in network security.
- Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, subnetting.
- Experience managing next-generation firewalls (e.g., Palo Alto).
- Experience with IDS/IPS, VPNs.
- Experience with ZTNA solutions (e.g., Zscaler Private Access).
- Experience with cloud-based security platforms (e.g., Zscaler Internet Access).
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to acquire new skills in a diverse environment.
- Team player.
- Understanding of routing and switching.
