EMC MV/LV South – Obras Évora department is looking for a Networks Planning & Projects Specialist MV/LV

  • What you will do:
  • Ensure response to Network Connection Requests, together with the MV and LV Project areas, Programming Center and Customer Management area;
  • Ensure delivery of Network Connection Request and Investment works to the Service Provider;
  • Ensure execution and monitoring of works in the field, both Network Connection Requests and Investment works, ensuring control of deadlines, unblocking of problems, quality of execution and updating of corporate systems;
  • Supervise the progress of work in the field and monitor the availability and capacity of External Service Providers, coordinating with the Programming Center area to adjust the works portfolio;
  • Provide support to the project areas during the preparation of MV and LV Network Projects;
  • Identify needs and propose improvements/development of the Network for new investments;
  • Analyze the portfolio of works in a predictive manner with a view to medium-term management of the work to be carried out by External Service Providers and compliance with the area's annual investment objectives;
  • Collaborate in responding to customer requests;
  • Collaborate in network support and integrate an availability scale.

  • What are we looking for:
  • Bachelor or master's degree in Electrotechnical Engineering;
  • Professional experience of between 3 and 6 years;
  • Professional experience in roles related to the Electrical Grid;
  • Knowledge of SAP software and Office tools;
  • Knowledge about MV and LV network design;
  • Knowledge of SIT-DM and ProGest 2.0 is valued;
  • Driving license and availability to travel within the area of influence;
  • Skills such as problem-solving ability, customer focus, continuous improvement, analytical capacity and risk assessment are valued.
