Role:

Network EngineerHybrid in Lisbon or Porto Main Responsibilities:

● Both technical and commercial experience across designing, deploying and managing complex, resilient, secure andperformant digital networks (LAN, WLAN, WAN);

● Installand configure software, servers, switches, routers, firewalls, appliances and other network devices;

● Maintain up-to-date technical documentation detailing full network topology;

● Abilityto interpret ITED Projects, and validate their implementations on the field;

● Ensure monitoring of the entire network (availability, integrity, performance);

● Solve network problems, both on premises or on public cloud infrastructures, previously filtered and escalated fromsupport levels L1 and/or L2;

● Task automatization, monitoring their efficiency;

● Advanced comprehensionof communication protocols (like TCP/IP) and routing protocols (like OSPF);

● Strong knowledgeof network operating systems, like Cisco IOS as an example;

● Understanding Wi-Fi site surveys;

● Good knowledge of Cisco Meraki technologies;

● Basic knowledge about Cisco collaborative solutions, namely Cisco Call Manager;

● Good theoreticalcomprehension of SD-WAN and SASE technical architecture and solutions;

● Experience implementing NAC (Network Access Control) will be valued.Main Requirements and Technical Expertise:

● Minimum of 3 to 5 year experience on similar mission;

● Bachelor or Degree in the Information Technology area (preferred);

● Good communication skills;

● Team player, easy to relate;

● Abilityto ensure mentoring to junior professionals;

● Resultsoriented, focused on delivering to both the internal and external Clients;

● Proactive and autonomous;

● Foreignlanguage:
