Job Title: IP Network Architect
We are seeking an experienced IP network architect to join our team in a hybrid project based in Lisbon.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining large-scale IP networks, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain High-Level and Low-Level Designs for complex IP networks
- Implement and manage IP network infrastructure using Cisco ACI, Routers/Switches (IOS, IOS-XR, NX-OS), Fortinet (FortiGate, FortiAnalyzer, FortiManager), and F5 (LTM, GTM)
- Analyze and resolve network issues, perform capacity management, hardware/software upgrades, and infrastructure refreshes
- Develop and implement network automation using Ansible scripting
- Manage vendor and integrator relationships
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results
- Requirements:
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in designing and implementing large-scale IP networks
- Strong knowledge of IP network design and architecture
- Hands-on experience with Cisco ACI, Routers/Switches (IOS, IOS-XR, NX-OS), Fortinet (FortiGate, FortiAnalyzer, FortiManager), and F5 (LTM, GTM)
- Experience with network automation using Ansible scripting
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
