The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in network support or administration and possess excellent communication skills in both Portuguese and English. This role involves supporting enterprise-level network systems and ensuring high availability and performance of infrastructure.Key Responsibilities:Monitor, troubleshoot, and support enterprise network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, WLAN, firewalls, VPNs)Manage and configure routers, switches, firewalls, and other network equipmentRespond to and resolve network-related incidents and service requestsCollaborate with internal teams to support system integration and IT projectsEnsure network security and compliance with company policiesMaintain accurate network documentation and reportsAssist in disaster recovery planning and implementationRequirements:3–5 years of experience in network support or network administrationStrong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, VLANs, and firewallsExperience with Cisco, Fortinet, or similar networking technologiesFamiliarity with network monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, SolarWinds, PRTG)Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written)Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independentlyWillingness to work on-site in PortugalPreferred Qualifications:Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Fortinet NSE, or equivalentExperience in VoIP, cloud networking, or cybersecurityKnowledge of ITIL processes and service management toolsExperience supporting large enterprise or hybrid cloud environmentsHow to Apply:If you're interested, please send your updated CV and availability.
