Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Network Professional to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Provide maintenance and support for network infrastructures.
• Implement technical solutions to meet business needs.
• Document all actions related to interventions.
• Identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions.

• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Training in Information Technology.
• Experience in networking and systems.
• Practical experience in communication, routing, and switching.
• Domain in Cisco, CheckPoint, F5, and Ubiquiti technologies.
• Advanced knowledge of voice and contact center systems.
• Advanced knowledge of endpoint and perimeter security solutions.
• Advanced knowledge of Unix/Linux systems and networking protocols.
• Knowledge of scripting languages and experience in task automation.
• Fluent in English.
• Knowledge of ITSM frameworks, namely ITIL.
• Availability to work non-regular hours.
